The International Student Center under the University’s International Student Service Center is now recruiting new members from all students at our university. This recruitment will provide you with a high-quality platform for cross-cultural communication, organization and planning, and comprehensive practice. Combined with the actual situation of our school, the specific recruitment details are hereby notified as follows:

学校留学生服务中心下属国际学生中心现面向全院公开招募新成员。本次招募将为同学们提供跨文化交流、组织策划、综合实践的优质平台，现结合我院实际，将招募具体事项通知如下：

1. Job Responsibilities of the International Student Center国际学生中心工作职责

l  Student Liaison and Management: Connect with international students from all countries studying at our university, assist the university in providing international student management services and safeguarding campus safety and order, disseminate various information related to campus study and life, and offer guidance and support for international students to integrate into the campus.

学生联络与管理：对接我校在读各国留学生，协助学校开展留学生管理服务、维护校园安全秩序，传递校园学习生活各类信息，为留学生融入校园提供指导支持。

l  Cross-cultural Activity Organization: Plan and organize international students to participate in various campus events such as orientation, graduation ceremonies, sports and cultural competitions, promote the exchange and integration of diverse cultures, and enhance international students’ sense of belonging and participation on campus.

跨文化活动组织：策划、组织留学生参与迎新、毕业、文体赛事等各类校园活动，促进多元文化交流融合，提升留学生校园归属感与参与度。

l  Academic and Career Support: Provide academic assistance for international students, assist in organizing activities including enterprise visits, job fairs and career planning lectures, and support the academic and career development of international students.

学业与职业支持：为留学生提供学业帮扶，协助开展企业参访、招聘会、职业规划讲座等活动，助力留学生学业与职业发展。

l  Campus and Cultural Promotion: Publicize the university’s educational resources as well as study and exchange programs and cooperate with the publicity work for the university’s 130th anniversary; share content about China’s fine traditional culture and campus activities through social media, tell Chinese stories and elevate the university’s international influence.

校园与文化宣传：宣传学校教育资源及留学、交换项目，配合学校130周年校庆宣传工作；通过社交媒体分享中国优秀传统文化、校园活动等内容，传播中国故事，提升学校国际影响力。

2. Recruitment Targets 招募对象

All students of the school, including degree-seeking students (undergraduates, postgraduates, doctoral students) and exchange students.

全院全体学生，含学位生（本科生、硕士生、博士生）及交流交换生。

3. Recruitment Requirements 招募条件

l  Love Chinese culture, have good moral character, abide by the laws and regulations of China as well as the university and college rules and disciplines, with no record of violations.

热爱中国文化，具有良好的道德品质，遵守中国法律法规、校纪校规、无违纪违规记录。

l  Possess good proficiency in Chinese and English, as well as strong communication, organization, planning and execution capabilities.

中英文水平良好，具备良好的沟通能力、组织策划能力和执行能力。

l  Be open and inclusive, respect cultural diversity, and have a strong cross-cultural adaptability. Students with overseas exchange experience are preferred.

开放包容、尊重多元文化，有较强的跨文化适应能力，有海外交流经历的学生优先。

l  Have a strong sense of responsibility and team spirit, be able to commit sufficient time and energy to the work, and be willing to contribute to the cross-cultural exchanges of the university and the college.

有较强的责任心和团队合作精神，能够保证足够的时间和精力投入到工作中。愿意为学校、学院的跨文化交流贡献自己的力量。

4. Rights and Obligations of Members 成员权利与义务

l  Be prioritarily recommended to participate in various activities organized by the International Student Service Center.

优先推荐参与留学生服务中心组织的各类活动。

l  Abide by the work requirements of the International Student Management and Service Team of the International Student Service Center.

遵守留学生服务中心留学生管理服务团队的工作要求。

5. Selection Process 推选人数与流程

In accordance with the university’s allocation requirements, our school is to recommend 1 member for this recruitment. Interested students are requested to complete the application questionnaire by 17:30 on March 18, 2026. The school will conduct an initial screening based on the application information and recruitment criteria to determine the school’s recommended candidate list and submit it to the university. The University International Student Service Center will organize a review committee to conduct a re-evaluation of the recommended candidates from our school and finalize the admission list. The admission list will be publicized and confirmed in accordance with relevant requirements.

The school will organize an interview depending on the application situation. The interview is tentatively scheduled for 17:00-17:30 on Thursday, March 19, in the form of a group interview with a 2-minute self-introduction for each candidate. PPT preparation is not required.

根据学校分配要求，我院本次拟推荐1名成员。请有意向的同学于2026 年 3 月18日17:30前填写报名问卷。学院将根据报名情况，结合招募条件进行初步筛选，确定本院推荐名单上报至学校；学校留学生服务中心将组织评审委员会对我院推荐候选人进行复审，确定最终入选名单。入选名单将按要求进行公示与确认。

学院将视报名情况组织面试。面试时间暂定于3月19日星期四下午17:00-17:30，形式为群面，每人2分钟自我介绍，无需准备PPT。
