国际化办2016春季学期助管招募

各位同学：

　　
机械动力学院国际化办公室负责国际化人才培养、留学生招生与管理、外事接待活动、学院教职工出国（境）审批、国际合作对外宣传等多项工作。现因工作需要面向全校招聘研究生助管，具体招聘要求如下：
　
一、工作时间：春季学期（2月底至7月下旬）每周至少3个半天（上午或下午），能保证全天工作更好，具体时间由助管协商确定。

    二、应聘要求：
    1、研究生，学有余力，要求无其他的助教、助管工作。
    2、较好的英文沟通能力、写作能力
    3、能够熟练运用常用办公自动化软件。
    4、工作态度端正，踏实、耐心、责任心强。

二、岗位津贴：根据月工作量，由学院按月支付津贴。

三、岗位考核：研究生管理助理应认真履行职责。每学期末由办公室主管进行考核

Recruitment for management assistant in spring 2016

Dear all,

The SJTU-ME International Liaison Office is now recruiting management assistant to support its daily operation business. Please find the detailed information as following.

Qualifications and Requirements:

    1.International Master and Ph.D student with strong presentation and writing skills;
    2.Any internship related to teaching assistant, communication will be a plus;
    3.Working Time: 2016/2/22-2016/7/31 (at least 3 half-day per week);
    4.Other specific requirements: Proactive, strong team spirits; fluent Mandarin Chinese will be a plus.
